I Don’t write my songs – Kizz Daniel reveal in recent interview
Nigerian Afro-pop singer Kizz Daniel has made a shocking confession about his creative process.
As an artist with so much talent and multiple hit songs, Kizz Daniel seems like that artist who would take his time to write down his lyrics and would not leave the studio until they’re perfectly made.
However, the talented singer speaks on his creative process in a recent interview. And it’s quite shocking!
According to him, he doesn’t write down his song anywhere before he records it. He explains that his inspiration comes from personal experience and that he expresses his feelings (without pre-writing the lyrics).
‘The funny thing is I don’t write my songs cos most of the time I just express myself’, Kizz Daniel tells interviewer.
He also cites one of his hit songs, Mama, as an example. According to him, Mama was a text message to his ex-girlfriend.
‘The whole song (Mama) is a text to my ex. I was trying to beg her to come back to me’, he says.
